We’re a product of our raising, and Wyatt Wear is no different – mastering his craft, he has quickly become the favorite local butcher.

In 2012, he began working for Egger Meats in Deer Park. For the next four years, he learned leadership and service skills, while practicing basic meat cutting and the craft of sausage making. In 2017, Wyatt’s dad started working out of the well-loved neighborhood butcher shop, Rusty’s. Wyatt worked long hours on the road and in the shop with his dad, learning the in’s and out’s of custom cutting the perfect product from on-farm slaughter to the final cut and wrap. In 2021, Wyatt stepped in and has continued the family business as Wear’s Custom Cuts LLC.

When you meet Wyatt, it won’t take long to realize he cares about the quality of your product as much as you do. He can appreciate a good ribeye steak and wants his customers to feel the same about every piece of meat they unwrap.
